Who supports us

Safle’s is a not for profit organisation, an educational charity and a company limited by guarantee. In addition to the fees and project budgets secured through the contracts with our clients, Safle receives substantial support from the Arts Council of Wales and Cardiff County Council. This enables us to take forward the Stiwdio Safle programme, as well as education and advocacy work and extend from time to time the work with our clients beyond their initial scope.

Individual Safle projects have also gained funding from Charitable Trusts and other sources including, amongst others, the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation, The Foundation for Sports and the Arts, The Heritage Lottery Fund, the Arts Lottery, Arts & Business, Communities First, the European Regional Development Fund, various Landfill Operators through the Landfill Tax Credits Scheme administered by Entrust and numerous local authority operated community funds.
